1900 - The Lyall Pinkerton House was built on 325 Ninth Ave by D.C. Van Ostrand.
1905 - Lyall Pinkerton began working at the Menasha Woolen Mill (later became the treasurer and manager of the Jersild Knitting Company).
1934 - Robert Whale bought the house.
1945 - Donald Davis purchased the house.
1964 - Charles Schaller purchased the house.
2001 - February 1st Patrick M. and Amy S. Galloway bought the house.
2002 - House Renovation.
2003 - Garage Renovation.
2005 - November 9th: National Register Listing Date.
2005 - April 15th: State Register Listing Date.
2009 - Painted House.
2010 - Painted Garage.
2011 - 3rd floor constructed and office redesigned with staircase.
2012 - Outdoor patio resigned with stone.
2015 - Firepit installed in place of the swing set.
2017 - All trees in the front yard removed.
